Suck it Big 12 Coaches

I'm always cool with being the underdog going in with a chip on our shoulder. Always better to exceed expectations than fail. I think our players really responded to being ranked so far down.

If you need an example of this look how many times the number one team in the nation got knocked off immediately after becoming number one. No one sees the underdog coming.

I think the preseason ranking had to do with Boyle being a kind of unknown entity. He had done very well a UNC, but the B12 coaches can't find Greeley on a map. That, combined with the depth and talent across the league, made CU an easy pick to finish 9th. And let's not kid ourselves, we are a waived off last second three point shot removed from being the 9th seed.

And a 30 foot prayer from Texas A&M away from being the 4 seed. That cloth cuts both ways.

Same reason I stopped talking about the Baylor game after the Texas game. We should have never given up that lead at Baylor, but we also should never be able to come back from that deficit against Texas. These are the washes on our schedule.

The losses that really bother me: San Francisco (decent team but not in our league - blew that game), Oklahoma (didn't show up), Harvard (can't match our athleticism and we didn't show up), and Iowa State (didn't show up).

Well, thats 4 of 5 really bad games. I think we had another really bad game that we won somewhere in OOC or was it against a big 12 opp? Maybe the kNU game?

That means we should have the mulligans out of the way. Time to DOMINATE!
