Cody Hawkins leads Team USA to win

great for Cody. however, hearing a quote about the greatness of motivation over/above winning and losing.

bleh.

They played Germany today - what happened?

Edit: USA won 48-7 over the Germans (Hawkins 13/17, 152, 1td). Pascal Maier of Germany somehow managed a 36 yard rushing loss...and I thought losing 16 yards on one play was impossible...

Next up is Mexico for the final group stage game. They'll run into better competition further on against Canada and Japan...

The only place Cody has ever lost a game was at CU. We are clearly the problem, not him or his dad.

It may sound harsh, and I have no personal animosity to CH, but he is the poster child (pun intended) for the worst stretch of Buff FB I have ever witnessed. Can we just dispense with the updates as if we owe him something at this point?

Anyone ever wonder what baby Hawk and the Sanchize look like when their intoxiated?

Why wouldn't I be serious with a IFAF World Cup theme song of this caiber

It's great that he's able to continue his love of playing football at any level. And to be young and able to travel all over for your job, it really is the best thing ever. Thrilled a certain era is over but glad a Buff whose actions never tarnished the character of the football program is able to keep living out a dream.
