FORT COLLINS -- Fall camp starts Thursday morning for the Colorado State football team, but the work to erase the memories of consecutive 3-9 seasons couldn't wait until that first practice at 7:45 a.

If you know me at all, you know that I am one of the biggest CSU fans in the world (and my height has nothing to do with it). CSU clothes make up half my wardrobe. My car is adorned w/ a CSU sticker on the back windshield. I attended CSU. So did my mother, sister, uncle, first-cousin, tons of other family members, and best friends. I covered CSU athletics for the Collegian. I spent a semester as a Graduate Assistant for CSU Athletics. During that time I helped literally rewrite the CSU record books. I would put my knowledge of CSU sports up against all but 10 people in the world. I rarely go a day with checking Ramnation.com, CSURams.com and Gold & Green News. My obsession with CSU is probably unhealthy.

See bold. I suspect he's in the top and bottom quartile at the same time.

I like how his CSU blog spends more time talking about CU than the school he purports to love. I'm glad that one of his most joyous moments was storming our field and beating a terrible CU team in one of the worst played games I have ever seen.

He is a prime example of why CSU fans are so terrible

He also does the thing that everyone that went to CSU does. He says that he could have gotten into either but choose CSU because it was cheaper and the same education.

Then why did some of my high school friends who couldn't hack it at CU graduate from CSU?

This is great stuff!

"The one who is so awesome you losers read words that I write while sitting in my underoos while crying drunken tears."

It's like JRK has a CSU blog. Why is he sitting in his underoos (Wonder Woman I suspect) crying? I feel that this thread has legs.

This may cause some serious time loss for me.

"I bonded with many of my friends on my second night at State when we stumbled upon several hundred CSU fans chanting "DIRTY HIPPIES, **** CU!" whilst trying to light a pine tree on fire."

1. I love trees.
2. Was it a Tuesday? Why are hundreds of morons wandering around campus lighting trees on fire for no reason?
3. and this is the kicker for me. "whilst" You soccer loving nancy.

This was the sentence right after the last one I posted.

I wonder what the statute of limitations is. Didn't that moron from Alabama get put in jail for killing trees?

Lord someone stop me.

"My earliest memories almost all include me..."

Uhhh, yeah, cause they're your memories. Oh boy.

Dammit!

"One of the most tragic moments of my childhood was the when my mom told me that I could never cut my hair into a high-top fade like my favorite CU players because I wasn't black and never would be (little did she know. Momma, look at me now!)."

That's a lot of punctuation.

I'm douchey for quoting myself but I found another gem from his blog that might show a pattern of killing trees:

It has been a rough week. After losing that abortion of a game I kinda blacked out (due to the alcohol and the anger) and woke up in Colorado 17 hours later holding an empty gas can and empty box of matches.

For this, I would like to apologize to the municipality of Boulder. Things got a little out of hand and boy are your mountains dry. Maybe you hippie/yuppie ****s should stop building houses in the middle of the forest (or, just blame Global Warming. Which I totally believe in, but this fire wasn't caused by global warming, it was caused by urban sprawl). Anyway, sorry bout the 135+ houses, BUT YOU MADE ME DO THIS!!

I can't stop.

"Then...I actually attended a CU-CSU game as a student. I rode up to the game with my boy Sailor, who promptly bailed on me before gametime to sit in the CU student section"

WTF! That's illegal. Even that dude ditched him.

I'm so sorry.

"The moment that Johnny Walker (the irony of his name is really thick in this story) madea miraculous fourth-quarter TD catch to get CSU back in the game was the moment I truly surrendered myself to CSU."

I don't think he understands what irony means. I assume he was referring to the Jack from earlier that was given to him by older men. Does he think Jack and JW are the same thing?

That sentence was the whole story, so, cool story bro.

I'm sure he's surrendered himself to many a gang.

And this is the lone reason I troll Lambnation, to stir up idiots like that clown.

Ohhh he has a csu sticker on his car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DIE HARD!!!!!

Seriously, a bunch of us should flame the **** out of his blog.

my bad.

" I had never met dissolved into a mass of humanity, collapsing to the bleachers in the most jubilant moment of my life to that point."

So let me get this straight, at the beginning of the game, you're ambivalent about your fandom, you get ditched, old guys give you booze, CSU doesn't win, and it's "the most jubilant moment of my life"? Pray tell what has happened since then to overcome this most amazing moment? Perhaps a scratch ticket won you $20? I weep for your life prior to that if that's the pinnacle.

oh geez.

"It was a cruel way to begin my college career, and in the next four years I watched us piss away two more horrible games to CU, get blown out of the water by almost any quality opponent and had to cover one of the most awkward and bitter break-ups of all-time (CSU firing Sonny was akin to me firing my Grandfather). Still, I soldiered, backed by booze and a beleif that thing would turn around."

That's one sentence? If it was cruel for you, imagine how the college must feel with your writing as an example of it's education. Although, I must admit, I'm not surprised.

Soldiered...were you in the army?

"That thing would turn around" Which thing? boy Sailor?

At least he's right about one thing, CSU can't beat a quality opponent.

Hoe-lee-chit, Burrito.

Serving up that CSU blog to you is akin to waving bloody beefy meat curtains in front of a flying bull shark.

You are in a frenzy, dood. And my side hurts from laughing.

Last post for the day.

"Tomorrow I bring the hate. That raw hate. That hatred that the Columbians rub on their gums. That sushi hatred. Get it? All right!"

No.

What's sushi hatred? You love Sushi? I love Sushi! Colombians (with an "o" moron) don't like dental hygiene? What gives?

Ok, that's the end of his first post.
