Official Visits

We had Justin Solis (DT - committed) and Johnny Stuart (DE - undecided) at the game. We keep track of them in the Recruit Profile Index: LINK.

There were basketball guys there too, right? Atmosphere must have been pretty good.

must have been in the student section around the 40 yard line. Saw Burks and Nembot in the stands. (They stick out)

Tad also walked down the student section in the beginning of the game. No clue where he ended up.

Kaileb Rodriguez (Cal hoops Commit) was at the game as a "CU visitor" but wore a Cal shirt. Fair or foul?

Tough call.

It wasn't an official, to he was up on his own dime. Since he's a borderline Big 6 prospect, he couldn't send the message to Cal that he was looking around. Especially since CU isn't going to offer him. I think it was ok. Him visiting was more about CU basketball's public relations within the state and keeping a good relationship with Rodriguez. We weren't trying to flip him.

I guess I'm ok with it.

Those stats for Hansen and Richardson are going to turn some heads on the recruiting field if they keep this up. I wish there would have been more publicity on ESPN from the game. If you are going to lose better to lose with stats like that. Congrats to both P.Rich and Hansen for there performances.
I just realized we probably aren't going to have P.Rich after his Jr. year.

I was gonna post this in the basketball section, or mods feel free to move this there if you'd like. I didn't see any football recruits in the student section and I was ten feet from the "recruit" section. Re basketball recruits it was definitely a team effort. I think I saw every current player on the team along with former players (Burks, Higgins, Relphorde, Thorne etc) all sitting by the recruits. I only saw Caruso, Saunders, and Scott. Scott is not 6'11. Roberson seemed like he was working on Caruso. I briefly talked to Caruso and Saunders and they both said they were coming to CU, but I would just chalk it up to "recruit talk" and being nice.

Slider, I'm going to quote your post in the basketball recruiting board. Good stuff man.
