"I'm going to go on visits to ASU, Arizona, Cal, Iowa State and Colorado," said Wheeler. "I've been around USC a lot and seen them so many times I don't think I need to take an official there. I was just there for the Minnesota game."

Wheeler is listed as an athlete, as he is being recruited for both sides of the ball. USC recently entered the picture with a conditional offer at OT. He is a potential early enrollee.

Wheeler said that he essentially chose ASU over Cal, and that he had received offers from Arizona, Harvard, Iowa State, Penn and Washington State. He admitted that the high expectations that have been placed on the Sun Devils this season were another aspect he considered in his decision.

Damn, choosing ASU over Cal and Harvard? Dude must have liked the ladies in the desert.

This guy goes to my alma mater. I'll have to ask around about him, still have a few contacts there. I didn't think we produced much talent. I think the last two that went to college were busts minus Ryan Katz at ORST. Katz might lose his starting job though.

Patience, grasshopper. Slider noticed the change in commitment, but doesn't have the power. Nik will get around to updating the thread titles.

zbuff is becoming one of my favorite posters.
