per buff chips radio bball guru Jim Woods Daymean dotson will be visiting this weekend along side Tyrone wallace

Espn:

he has a great motor reminds us at times of a young scottie pippen.

dotson will have to continue to build strength, work to make his jumper from behind the arc a consistent weapon which he is very capable and perform at a high level on a consistent basis.

dotson is a versatile and athletic wing that plays with urgency and energy and can make winning plays on both ends of the floor. He is just scratching the surface on how good he could become. Great upside.

I have to admit, the kid looks good. However, he didn't blow me away - he really needs to get up higher when jumping in my opinion...perhaps he can't??...but he still looks good.

However, I'm still of the opinion that you are better off banking a scholly. If Ty wants to come here, great...take him. However, that's it to me. You recruited your heart out to be in the enviable position to turn down some kids. Now, focus on '13. We need some bigs.

Tad takes this guy with no contingencies. This kid has skills and it's not like Tad wants to play a 1, 2 and 3 and that's it. He's going to have 4 guards on the floor at all times, running the floor furiously and stepping out on 3's.

Adam has a nice article on Dotson on Rivals.

"The fact that Colorado's coaches were straight up with me the whole time also impressed me a lot. It wasn't like they were putting on an act and trying to hide things from me. They were real and told me exactly how it would be if I joined their program."

Oregon has a pretty good class coming in. It looks like Pac-12 basketball will be very competetive going forward
