Luke is the latest player to come out of the powerhouse Hamilton program. The school was denied a fourth straight state title with a loss in the state championship game in 2011, but they have won four state titles overall since 2006 and played for another in 2005.

Two of his defensive back teammates are set to sign with Pac-12 schools in this class and Luke figures to be one of the more highly recruited players in 2013. He was just one of three non-seniors to make the Arizona Republic All-Arizona team:

Luke did a little bit of everything for Hamilton, including returning three of his six INTs for touchdowns and also blocking three kicks (2 punts, 1 FG) on special team. From his film, he definitely passes the eyeball test with size/speed.

To date, he has one offer from Purdue, but expect that to change.

Yesterday the 6-foot-0, 170-pound prep earned his first offer from Purdue. Luke is also hearing from Arizona State, Oregon, Michigan State and Colorado.

In the early stages of his recruitment he said he has no leaders and is open to the process.
