Baxter is a good player on a really bad team. He has been an all-league selection as both a sophomore and a junior while his team has gone 3-17 over those two seasons.

He has had over 600 yards in each of the last two seasons and is getting buzz despite his team's struggles. He is #95 on Orangeblood's early 2013 list.
