This is when that pool in the shape of buffalo that overlooks the flatirons starts paying dividends....right?

Let's be careful. iirc, the unicorn was already used for Lynott this year.
I say we retire the Unicorn... it's brought us nothing but trouble and failure. Scott, Munchie....

If Dorsey is reading this, I hope he gets a laugh over AllBuffs tradition of trying to find a magic unicorn to deliver a dream recruit. Some of these are downright disturbing.

This was the first picture on a "basketball unicorn" google search. Seems like destiny.

Reminds me of the opening of Hell's Bells:

I'm rolling thunder, pouring rain
I'm pissing lightning I'm a hurricane

Pretty sure that's not right...

As for Dorsey, judging by what Will's saying, it's goign to be a battle to land him but we have a puncher's chance.

Outside of anything Will has said or this specific recruitment, the fact remains that we're going head to head with Kansas for a recruit. If KU really wants a guy, they're the favorite in that recruiting battle against pretty much every program in the country. They've earned that by winning their P5 conference title every year on like a decade streak.

That said: CU beat their asses last season and has been on a tourney run, which makes it reasonable that the Buffs can win some recruiting battles over the Jayhawks. Boulder tops Lawrence. CU tops KU for academics and campus life. Pac-12 tops the Big 12-2.
