'15 TX QB Kevin Dillman (Verbal to North Texas)

He's a perfect example of someone that just didn't live up to the early hype. He was looked at as one of the top couple of QBs in the country when he lived in California before moving to Texas. Now, he just decommitted from Nebraska and predictions have him headed to North Texas.

Heh. "decommitted." Recruiting is a rough game.
 
I think maybe that's why he's looking at North Texas. They could be offering as a QB.
 
If Mack Brown was still the UT head coach, Dillman is the type of guy that would have already been signed to a financial aid agreement -- having graduated early to enroll this January. That's a big part of why that program is in the situation that Strong found.
