Got the impression through the recruiting process that he is a good kid with solid morals and a strong family. That climate at Baylor wouldn't have been a good fit.

Rice isn't a strong program but he can go there, have fun playing FB, get a good education, and go on to a rewarding life. Zero wrong with that.
 
Rice is a great school and a very pretty campus, even if they do have to play underwater sometimes :)
