He is the son of former Penn State RB Curtis Elis and looks to be yet another big time WR prospect out West for the 2018 class. Seems wide open at the moment.
 
Scout update today certainly reinforces that he is wide open and Bernardi mentioned by name again. We do have a decent foothold into Phoenix, judging by recruit interviews this cycle.
