    Uh, yes please... love his tape. Arm will only get stronger I feel, and the kid has great vision. Has that super smooth burst too, runs faster than you he looks.

    What's the level of competition? Extremely impressive video, but at 6'2" he appears to be the biggest kid on the field.

    I'd say it's a little bit stronger than Bisharat's was, just from a glance at Maxpreps. They did produce a 5-star that went to Oklahoma last year: http://247sports.com/Player/Caleb-Kelly-51688?PlayerInstitution=88180, as well as that WSU QB from a while ago, Jeff Tuel.
