The athlete plans to take his official visits in the fall and said the Broncos and Colorado are two schools he knows he’ll check out.

"I made my way to Boise State," he said. "It was a great experience, I really enjoyed myself. I also made it over to a UCLA practice this spring. The practice was great and their coaching staff is welcoming."

Van Buren would like to see at least one more Pac-12 school this spring.

Just for me personally the most pertinent part of that particular article was this:

"I'd say recruiting me the hardest are Boise State, Colorado, UCLA and Nevada"

When someone declines to name a "top-5" or whatever I tend to view what they say on who is "recruiting them the hardest" as a reasonable substitute in a lot of cases.

And congrats on your win against CSU. I've seen a fair share of predictions picking them as the MWC winner this year so that's a quality win. Not good for my conference and BSU's SOS but there's the silver lining that my Buff neighbors get a nice victory.
