Brother of Tyler. Hasn't picked up a Buffs offer yet but Rivals and Scout are both showing Colorado interest. The buffs are recruiting 2018 Deleon Hurt and 2019 Kyle Ford from the same school so I'm sure they'll see plenty of Spencer.
