2016 WBB Recruit Profile Index

She started playing basketball in 2012, and was on Scotland's U16 in 2013, then England's U18 in 2014. That's impressive.

Uses her length well, showed a variety of post moves, and seems to have good hands and timing.

Needs work on her left because players at this level are good enough to take away your primary move. But I like her. Think she can be an effective option on the block.

Eleanor Jones
According to Howell, prior to Lappe's resignation Jones was on the verge of committing to the Buffs. Hope she was a player that the new staff would have recruited on their own.

At 6-2 I am thinking she is going to be more of a forward than post.

Eleanor Jones is shown on Prospect's Nation's International Elite 25 rankings for the class of 2016 as the #9 ranked player. They show her as a 4*Post at 6'4". She certainly has developed quickly and no reason to think she has reached her ceiling.

If this info is more or less correct (she's 6-4 not 6-2, etc.) then I hope CU lands her. She has good offensive skills and is very confident.

Saw that. If a player no longer wants to come to CU, it's best to grant the release. Lappe made the mistake of not granting a release to Shae Kelly and she had to go to junior college to get to attend a 4 year school. Kelly only played in an exhibition game at CU.

Remember the drama with Bianca Smith and trying to get her release from Tulsa.
