So much of last season baked in right now. KenPom ranks don't mean anything right now. His stats on pace, rates and efficiencies are tremendously valuable already, though.

Rumblin was looking at them and said our pace and our steal% are way above Tad norms. That's a fun style of play we finally have the depth and athletes to run.

Scoring pretty well to start. That's the thing that is always scary in these early tourney games. Gotta be better on defense. Did not know Frank Martin was at UMass.
 
I love how there are two people sitting behind the umass basket…separately. Make friends guys! What’s the attendance? 300? Maybe?
 
Methinks Tad is going to keep Clifford on the bench for awhile. Rough start.

Martin teams always play hard. Need to win and this will be a good experience for this team on matching intensity without a crowd to feed off.
