2022 Offseason Thread

Listening to the PAC 12 field reporter give an interview yesterday. She claimed Dorrell said our transfers were “addition by subtraction”. Did he really say that? We lose most of the production on offense, but they were all caver in the locker room as they produced more than everyone else?
I understand BYU donors are covering tuition and fees for any non scholarship kid on the team under NIL. So, anyone on the roster is covered. Freaking awesome for those boys.
If he said that, I think we have a clue as to his recruiting prowess. Unbelievable.

Depth is when every position is a competition of equal skill, so by removing the top end we were able to make all positions more competitive. Depth!

Equal skill is not a good thing when the skill level is below average. Equal skill does make for good competition, like watching 2 bad teams play and it ends up being a good game because they are evenly matched. They both suck equally as bad.
Its not a coincidence back in the day we had all conference OL practicing against all conference DL, RB vs LB, WR vs, DB.
Iron sharpens iron.
That is not where we are today. Unfortunately.

Iron sharpens Iron? Should I be concerned about the rumor the new Sanford Offense is called the butterknife?
