2023 Pac 12 Championships thread-#3 seed WOMEN'S LACROSSE (@ Berkeley;Championship game vs. #1 seed USC; Sat., 5/6, 1:00 PM MT; Pac 12 Networks)

I enjoyed the 60 minute replay of the Cal win in football as a lead-in.

Now it's time to get serious.

Go Buffs!!!

Tough 1st quarter gives USC a 0-4 lead.

(From live stats, they are going to have to take much better care of the ball with 7 turnovers which led to them having only 1 shot all quarter. They only had 10 turnovers all game vs. Oregon and 14 against Stanford.)

Damn. That was a great couple of chances we missed.

But one hell of a possession to finally put one in the net.

2-5 now. Showing some life.

6-11 with 7:48 left.

USC defense has been incredible.

Chances are getting very slim.

nice turnaround of the season. USC is the only team they just could not really compete with imo. Have to recruit bigger, faster and more skilled athletes
