'21 CA DT Victory Vaka

This feels like Déjà vu with the DT that was committed to LSU last year then Committed to CU and never made it because of grades. Don't know if that is the reason but sure reminds me of it.

Looks like BYU. (Not sure what the symbol means next to his commitment on 247, but if I'm guessing right, may be a walk-on with the Cougars.?.)
