Not cool by Mel Tucker. At this point, I think the best option is to go heavy on Jucos and focus on in state recruiting. Regroup for next year.

First, Tucker is fine here. This was his recruit all the way built exclusively on his long term ties to Ted Ginn Sr as Gravely’s high school coach. As soon as Tucker departed, CU was not in the picture.

Second, this is a really small senior class. Going “heavy on Jucos” would only further contribute to class imbalances.

Thirdly, there is no such thing as “regroup for next year” in recruiting, particularly when it’s May.
