We have J. White and Dinwittie in the playoffs, we have others in the league, all who outperformed recruiting expectations. Need to emphasize Tad's record in sending guys to the league who weren't 4/5* guys out of HS.

You want the bag right now or do you want a better shot at pro money, NBA or overseas? Of course some will say give me the cash but there are some guys out there who will listen to the alternative message.
