I believe it's because the composite goes by rankings rather than rating, since he has a high overall ranking, he gets a much higher composite rating. Winston Watkins Jr ('25 fb commit) has the same reason why he's a 5-star. It is kind of strange because it suggests they're simply mis-rating them but that's what I've seen.
