It's crazy to see juniors in high school that look physically ready to play college ball right now.
Last few years our roster has included guys who didn't look physically ready as college juniors.

Prime and staff are recruiting a different kind of athlete. And keep in mind that HS football in the big Georgia leagues is a significant step up from what we are seeing in Colorado and a lot of other states. He is doing this against better competition.

It's quite the change. Seeing kids barely 17 college ready from Seeing 18-19 year olds that still needed multiple years to develop.
 
247 has Brantley currently rated a 3* with a composite grade of .8835. 247 rates him an 89, ranked the 28th overall best DL in the country.

Given that he is a 6-2, 250 lb DL this is the type of player CU needs to build a Pac-12 championship team. He is currently the 3rd highest rated player in CU’s 2024 class of five that have committed and the second highest rated CU DL from his high school team.
