This is one area Livingston should shine. CB and S. Our secondary should always be top 10 in cfb.
Heck, I think I could kill it as a DB recruiter for CU. Knocking down blue chips every year with nothing more than "You get to play DB for Deion friggin Sanders and be the next Travis Hunter." Livingston being here is an important part of the big message of how CU has an elite level of NFL experience to prepare you for the League.

Problem with DL is you gotta have $1m+ for each one of the elite ones AND out recruit Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State, LSU, OU, Texas, Oregon, USC, etc. A lot fewer of these guys exist
It also seems tougher to evaluate so is higher risk.

Top DB prospects can be evaluated against top WR talent in 7 on 7 and camp situations.

Much harder to project how a 6'4" 280lb + guy is going to do when all the real film you have on him is against guys who are much smaller or much slower.

Because of this more don't work out and the ones who do often take longer to adjust to P4 level football.

Likely the opposite. Top flight DL prospects are easy to project.
