Healthy Kids Day is part of the Lacrosse game instead of football's spring game this year.

That starts at 10:30am for boys 6th grade & under and girls 8th grade and under. Skills stations and a chance to meet some CU athletes. Free.

Buffs vs Ducks starts at 12pm on Kittredge.

Ducks come in at 6-2 after smoking Vermont 17-7 on Friday night. They're also 3-0 in the conference, with wins over Fresno State, Cal and San Diego State.

Buffs come in at 8-0 with wins over 4 ranked teams this season, including vs #9 Northwestern, neutral vs #16 UMass, vs #14 Denver and at #6 Penn State. Buffs are also 1-0 in conference play, with an 18-5 win vs UC Davis.

Last season, the Buffs beat the Ducks 14-9 in Eugene the final game of the regular season and then beat them again the next week at Stanford in the conference tournament by a score of 11-3.

No surprise about the venue change. It's been hazy/smokey here in Boulder with ash falling earlier in the day. With winds kicking up I am hoping that the fire fighters aren't having too hard of a time dealing with the blaze. The slurry bombers have been flying since daybreak. Hoping for no injuries and not too many structures lost.

8-3 at half

Huge to get those 2 goals back and have the 5 goal cushion.
