5 slated for shoulder surgery

Jalil Brown, Devin Head, Blake Behrens, Curtis Cunningham and Riar Geer are slated for shoulder surgeries in the next month. Jake Behrens is scheduled to undergo knee surgery and Markques Simas will have a procedure on his hand.

Let's see here... this confirms what we thought.
Head (starting Guard) = Injured all season
Behrens (starting Guard)= Injured all season
This bodes well for depth next year since both these guys should be better when healthy...

Oh ya, why wasn't Geer always involved? Apparently he was injured and played through it. jebus!

As for cunningham... wow. he played a fair amount with a serious injury? Looking forward to seeing him tear it up (healthy) next year!

Recurring muscle injuries can be blamed on wrong training routines, warm ups etc. but most of the injuries we´ve suffered this season have been fairly serious injuries and I fail to see how a bad routine can play a role there. For now, I think we were just unlucky and to me it seems like most players suffered their injuries in freak accidents.
