Alamo Bowl - Colorado vs. BYU—Dec 28— 5:30 PM—ABC

It all goes back to getting ****ed over and sent to the Fiesta Bowl in 2001.
I'd like to think that, but our bowl woes go back nearly 100 years.

We've just never played well in the postseason.

Reasonable showing in one orange bowl, great showing in the next one, plus a few other wins here there (including over a Bear Bryant coached Bama team - that's a great story), but we really do generally stink in bowl games.

I don't think any CU coach has ever had a winning record in bowl games.

8 minutes to go with a 26 point lead and BYU is still pushing us around.

It's pretty embarrassing how much more they wanted it than us.

Buffs are just going through the motions. They don’t want to hit anyone, punish them for being on the same field. We need those guys that play to the whistle and look for someone to hurt.

Mostly agree, we'd won 6 straight bowl games going into that Fiesta Bowl.

Neuheisel was 3-0, but also wasn't bowl eligible one year with a preseason top 10 ranking.

61 yards. I read a blurb about Salter I think, that referred to Shurmer's "QB friendly offense".
Talk about a euphemism....I did a little snort laugh
looking at the JOY the had in running misdirection and mind****ing our defense... why can't we play offense in a way that confuses the defense instead of just running the most basic sh*t and egotistically assuming we will overwhelm them with bigger/stronger/faster??? this ain't JV ball
