This is a big loss for CU. He was a big time supporter of the Athletic Dept. I hope we can get another one like him.
Then try posting something funny. :sad2:Honestly guys, I was just trying to get a rep or rimshot for the humor...
Bitsy Hoffman :huh:Who becomes the next Chancellor will make a huge difference at CU. Someone who realizes the value of intercollegiate athletics and supports the athletic department makes it 100 times easier to field competitive teams and hire competitive staff. The AD doesn't have the time or the resources to fight a hostile administration.
Gordon Gee
Judith Albino :sad2:
I know they weren't chancellors, but the same theory applies.

I did too. I was just giving him a ration of ****. Thats how I role. :thumbsup:I thought it was funny. Sort of.
You know they'll hire someone who could give a rats @ss about athletics, but if he is a chemist... good chance.
What letter? Can you link or share it?You know they'll hire someone who could give a rats @ss about athletics, but if he is a chemist... good chance.
I was upset to read Bud's letter to the University.
Well, if thats it, I don't see anything there either.http://www.colorado.edu/chancellor/emessages/2009/02-25/index.html
Is this the letter you are refering to? If so, I don't see anything wrong with it myself, so I'm curious to what I'm missing that you guys don't like.
No public candidates yet - I'm sure it'll be a few weeks until we hear anything, if that. Usually, candidates aren't made public until there are finalists named.
