Cal Football Twitter

I am so confused as to how a team that’s based in Berkeley, CA can call a team anywhere near Florida woke as a derisive.

Also, I miss Cal. Would like to be in the same conference again. They're a great example of bad timing with realignment - some minor scandal in football plus gross financial mismanagement really screwed them up compared to where they were at the time we joined. But I always thought CU and Cal could develop a sort of rivalry that was fun and intense without the normal hate.

Maybe wishful thinking but it seems like there's a shot Cal could get gameday week 6 hosting Miami if they can win tomorrow. Miami has USF tomorrow and Va Tech next week and Cal has a bye next week. Rest of the schedule for week 6 is relatively light.
