My 1st season tickets were Big 8, and Kansas was pretty much a joke in those days (like Duke, they were 99% BB)
We cannot let them win and screw up the season. They will always be 2nd rate in my mind.

Kansas has the players - but has stumbled mentally - attitude/confidence.
Colorado has better players - but stumbled early and needed a big upshift in confidence to get this far.

imo, when you've struggled to gain confidence and haven't had it that long, it's very easy to have it slip away.. Theoretically, that's a big danger for both teams.

This game goes to the team best prepared mentally. I think with CP and all the coaches who've played crucial games - we will be tougher and more confident and will win 34 - 27.

That's insane. KU is playing great and there's no doubt they could beat us, plus it's at Mullet/Camarohead, but we've won our last four games by double digits, including routing the team that all but beat BYU themselves last week. I'd be fine with a 3 point spread, but opening with us getting 8.5 is crazytown.

I question whether that +7.5 line was ever bettable. I think lack of sex has addled Alfred's mind.
