I found out later that the sack was negated because he was called for a Personal Foul for that hit. SMH

He didn’t launch. He was being blocked, beat the block, and hit the QB below/to the side of the helmet/shoulders, which the QB was not ready for—but maybe should have been, so all the force went backwards onto the QB’s back… So…. Um. Whaaa?

If you look at it including this year they get him for 4 years @6 million per. That's a bargain if he stays healthy.

Right now, I would probably lose to a 1400 elo bot about 2/3 times.
I'm some combination of rusty, old, slow, and impatient since I started again.
Landman having a big night for LA Rams on MNF, even though they're down by two scores now.
His contract ended and he wasn’t resigned
Landman would have been a nice addition to most of the teams in the league. Rams were able to get him in the off-season for the veterans minimum of $1.1 million. Have to be a lot of GMs out there wondering how they missed on going after him.
Rams got him and now they have signed him to a 3 year extension for $22.5 million with $15.6 of that guaranteed. For a veteran LB playing at the level he is that is still fairly cheap. Other teams not signing him and the contract not being bigger are probably influenced by teams concern about his long-term ability to stay healthy.
given his injury history, I'm sure he didn't think it was worth the risk. He got enough to be very well set for life if he's not silly with it.
