All right, now how about a list for our top games against the Pac schools.
This list is in no particular order, nevermind it is in order, by year. debate as you wish!
CU 14 Arizona 13 1985. This was one of Coach Macs biggest road wins early in his career.
CU 21 Oregon 17 1985. Ducks about to score winning TD with 9 ticks left and we sack Chris Miller.
CU 45 Washington 28 1989. The game after Sal passed away. Will never forget team pointing to sky in Huskey stadium.
CU 20 Washington 14 1990. Big win against the Pac champions and national champs the next year.
CU 21 Stanford 17 1990. Buffs had to rally to beat a decent Cardinal team led by "Touchdown" Tommy Vardell and Glynn Milburn.
CU 38 Oregon 6 1996. Buffs squash ducks in cold and rainy Cotton bowl.
CU 33 Washington 31 1996. Come from behind win in Holiday bowl.
CU 37 Washington St 19 1996. Buffs beat up on Ryan Leaf
CU 51 Oregon 43 1998. Shootout win in Aloha bowl
CU 31 UCLA 17 2002. The "tape" game. Tyler Brayton putting a tape across the lockeroom floor and telling the team, if you are a part of this cross this line, if you don't want to be, don't cross. Or something like that.
