When I first moved to CU in the late 90s, I kept seeing him in various tv ads. They never introduced him, as if he was so famous they didn't need to. I figured he was some former Bronco. I'm not sure I knew who he was until I started participating on Buff boards.
 
dave logan doesn't apply for jobs to coach football. he just decides which program he wishes to make a winner with a mere locker room visit...

Overrated 3 sport Colorado Boy that wasn't actually that great. Never reached the level of the hype the state placed on him, media whore, wore a toupee for a long time, and is a successful coach by way of continuous cheating.

roof was damaged in wind storms a few weeks ago and we're getting quotes on a replacement. Mags was home when one of the companies came to look at our house.

"he was all kinds of excited that some football guy endorsed their business, and told me a few times how he had personally worked on that guy's house. it wasn't anyone I heard of though.... I can't remember the name"

when I later learn who this is, I remark "FFS, he's a high school coach!"
"I think the sales guy said he's also the voice of the Broncos"
