Game Thread

hey guys, remember when our defense used to be nasty and intimidating? i wonder what happened to that defensive coordinator.... oh yeah, he got fired by hawkins so that he could hire his boise state defensive coordinator.
 
Well I guess we can count on having no push on either side of the ball again this year. 10 wins my ass. Not until you decide to get an O-line and D-line coach into Boulder than can teach big kids to play with strength and power.

That's not entirely true.

Hankowitz was Barnett's defensive coordinator. He wasn't fired. He just wasn't hired by Hawkins.

All things being the same, I'd sure rather have Hank calling the D now.

Doesn't matter...I've been saying this all summer. There's absolutely no talent on the defensive line. Therefore the guys that have talent are having to make all the tackles on their backs
 
okay halftime, so why is our O-Line so bad. Our D-Line fine, but wtf this is supposed to be the strength of this team. really hope we get back into this..

Yeah I don't get that either. It's time to play him and see what he can do. This rotating back every other play is just as bad as rotating QB. I can understand if we had no talent in the backfield. But we the talent is there. Pick a RB, let him get into a grove and find some Rhythm. Very disappointed in the coaches right now and I am as big a Hawkins fan as there is, but this is not good football!
