Then what do you do? Hope to piece together some type of season with a fill in? This works sometimes, but most of the time doesn't. I know I know it couldn't be any worse right? It could be, you could win alot of games or none. It's the unknown that scares the hell out of you to get rid of a head coach this early in the season.
