Sure you can, but it's a very specific, dialed in playbook that is centered around read option, RPO and quick passing game. He still brings an element to the offense that neither Juju or Staub bring and they can still use that to help the offense, but it has to be deliberate, focused and called well. The execution of all that is where I'm not very confident, but I don't think the ship has sailed for Salter.
If we had Delaware’s OC, KSalt would be a serious Heisman contender.

He made comments on WRs not practicing blocking that caught the ears of many. He had a great group and great success last year indeed.
I agree with him, even after how receivers have blocked thus far. There’s not much technique when it comes to blocking 170-190 pound DBs on the edge. It’s 98% a desire thing. If he starts pulling guys for bad blocking, they will get it

Funny that you mention the Raiders. They won the Superbowl in 1980 with Plunkett, who was their 3rd string QB. Dan Pastorini was their #1 and broke his leg. Marc Wilson #2 was too young. Mark Wilson then made his debut in 1981, playing 13 games. Then in 1984, they benched Wilson for Plunkett and won their 2nd Superbowl. Plunkett was old in NFL terms, but always stuck around the team. It is good to have options at QB. I do not find it to be bad to have options and different skill sets.

In College, when Urban Meyer broke through with FL, for the 1st NC he split Leek (66%) and Tebow (33%). They sort of ran two different offenses, a more normal balanced attack with Leek, and run heavy with Tebow. Obviously, these are different caliber teams/players than what CU is throwing out, however I think it can be competitive in the wide open B-12. Urban had to do it in the SEC, which was tougher.

The other reasons that I like 2 QB options is that a team may avoid the "QB stinker" on the road. We seem to have them from time-to-time, so 2 QB options hopefully that can mitigate this some. When CU was great in 2001, we used 2 QBs with the less flashy Pez finally winning the job. Oachs stinker was Fresno St. at home. Also, having 2 can help if injuries come into play. Staub was solid @Utah with little prep.

he posted a video of a grey jersey and DNVR did talk about it.
Most big schools, including Georgia, were recruiting him heavily as a DB but from what I understand his preference was offense. Prime gave him the opportunity to be a two way guy but he's super raw as a receiver and his route running apparently needs a ton of work. Glad to see they are having him get reps at DB now. Kind of feels like Safety is a wide open position with nobody really asserting themselves as dominant players so far.

Hope like crazy we can run the ball and play action off of it. On D, get pressure and cause some turnovers. Turn those turnovers into points, though. Forgot try to,.at least, limit their running game and tackle for Christ Sake.
