Hello everyone,,
Freshman here- I just signed a lease for an apartment for next semester but it is a 12 month lease so I will need to sublet as I am not planning on being in boulder over the summer.
This is all new to me so I was just wondering what the subletting process is like, mostly when I should start searching for people to sublet to, but any other general advice is appreciated.
