This is what I was talking about when I said "imagine the dynamics of" having more elite recruits in the room than you have spots to take.

It's a message that you'll not only need to compete once you get here, you're gonna have to compete just to get here - cause not everyone you see here is gonna make the cut, and they're all pretty good too.

It's everything from "are you good enough?" to "you're gonna have to work" to "this is place and team is special" to "don't let someone else take your spot."

The culture shift has been incredible. You're right, it starts with setting an expectation and demanding accountability. Now it's supply and demand. Limited scholarships, limited starting spots, limited playing time- you have to earn it from day 1.
