Karl Dorrell introductory press conference (on now)

That was a pretty good recruiting answer. Immediately jumped to the important regions and I liked the spot recruiting response.

It was a pretty "stock" answer, but he does know what has worked here in the past and he identified those particular states.

What a stupid ****ing question. "Are you going to have the same style of play that Tucker wanted or are you going to do your own thing?" god the ****ing Denver media is full of idots.
Eh, question wasnt great, but it allows him to talk philosophy, which I'm liking.

On the Spring calendar-KD said he's open to a change (my guess would be moving those three practices Melvin had set up before Spring Break to after would be the only thing they can do). Adam said the Spring game is scheduled for the weekend before finals anyway.....so not much they can do with it.

He acknowledged the importance and knew our class rank.

It is not his top priority, though, like it was with Tucker and how it was for Hawkins in the beginning. How it was for Embree.

I do believe he cares about it a lot more than MacIntyre based on talking about needing the players and knowing how important a #36 class was this year.

I think it can be a fine line for a new coach. His first priority has got to be winning the current locker room. They want to hear about development & family, being able to win now -- not that recruiting has to get better so we can get better players in here.

Especially given the events of the last two weeks and the timing of this search.
