There are 4 looks he has sported. Some may give more of a tough & intimidating vibe. Some are more buttoned up and mature. Which one does Allbuffs suggest he adopts as CU's Defensive Coordinator?

1. Short hair, clean shaven

2. Short hair, beard

3. Shaved head, clean shaven

4. Shaved head, 5 o'clock shadow

Or should he bust out either the "Shaved Head + Beard" or the "Short Hair + Shadow" for CU?

And for bonus points: Hat or no hat on the sideline?
