Finally made it to our hotel in NYC! They are making a HUGE deal out of this trip. On our plane was: the team, athletic administration, donors, the chancellor, and the board of regents. They are really trying to make a good showing out of this to make a mark on the NIT people so we can eventually become a recurring face at the preseason NIT. So any of you who are here, do your best to show them what we Buffaloes bring to the table!
all i can do is watch.... but man, thats cool to see the school behind the team. hope they show well.

Turns out my 9-year-old daughter is insisting on seeing the Buffs... good girl! But while I can probably get away with keeping her up late on a school night in support of Dad's alma mater, I might have to skip out on Bro Jimmy's. If so I'll be the short bald guy in section 127 row A with the hot wife :thumbsup: and cute kid. GO CU!

First post here. I'll be at Bro. Jimmy's with a few fellow CU grads. I understand why they are having this event there, as it's across the street from MSG, but man, do I wish the Ginger Man (36th St and Fifth Ave) was a little closer. They usually have a few CO beers there. I've gotten several types of Left Hand and Avery there over the past couple years. Bro. Jimmy's will just have the usual crappy suspects.
I'll be there with the two kids (12 and 15), so probably no bar hopping. The kids are excited, though. Also, though the beer is expensive and watery as MSG (man do I hate the garden and the Dolans) I will certainly have a few and since we'll be taking the subway home I won't have the kids monitoring my intake like they do at Mets games when we drive. Most of you are unaware of how many beers it has taken to sit through a Mets game recently . . . oh wait, you've been watching CU football-nevermind.
