My hope is that after the CC is built, that the rest of the stadium gets a full face lift. Sound, paint, bathrooms, concessions, bleachers, concrete, railings, etc.

There are a lot of dead bugs on the windowsills in the Flatirons Club, and the bases of the tables in there are grey with dust. It's the nicest part of Balch by a mile.
