How bout I just bring a big loaf of French bread and people can tear hunks off the thing? I don't think it comes sliced.

Yes it does. Take my word for it. Go to King Soopers. If you can't find French Bread, get a loaf of sourdough.

Sacky,

Thanks for hosting another great tailgate. Unfortunately, it's become the highlight of my gameday experience.

And your jambalaya kicks ass!

Jambalaya = only win of the day. At least it was an epic win...

I came to the conclusion today that it is all HawtWf's fault. When we attended the UGA game we won... missed the next two, we lose. If she would let us move out to Colorado we would have been there and certainly won these games.

And just to prove she was there...Sackygate Snow-Rugged.jpg

Sorry, I still have to post the pics I took. Call me lazy I guess.

Really nice tailgate yesterday. Good turnout. I made a lot of jambalaya, and it was almost all eaten. Props to the allbuffs tailgaters. We definitely brought our lunchpails.

How did the little one hold up with the sackygate/nap/half a game plan?
(The first half might have been better...)

OK. He did great at the tailgate. We started training him on how to be in charge of the cooler. He was doing pretty well getting people ice or beers.

Problem was he got excited and didn't go down for his nap until about 1:30. My wife didn't get to the game with him until the start of the 4th quarter. I'm trying not to blame them for what happened in the game.

All in all, I think this plan works.

Beer, whiskey, and Malibu rum do not mix. Ugh.

It was nice seeing everyone. Great turnout to witness another craptastic game.

Ooooooops. Sorry Sacky, I left for Denver about 10 minutes before you posted the list and didn't get back on the board before the game. If I had known I could have brought some french bread. And maybe some fritos.... :smile2:

At least I got the beer part right.

And, as always, awesome time. That jambalaya kicks ass! :woot:

I still have three bags of fritos and three full loaves of sliced French Bread at my house.

I put the bread in the freezer and will take it back for the ISU game in three weeks.
