If you told me before the season we could finish in the top 25 and have the Heisman winner, I would be ecstatic.
But, damn, it hurts to be close to having an even better season.

It’s close to a 50% success rate, so chances are you’re going to go to OT if you score twice. But if you get the two point on the first time you’re in the driver seat to win.

Statistically, you’re slightly more likely to win if you score another touchdown after going for 2. It’s not a ton of a bump but it’s significant enough some coaches do it. Same reason Baylor (I think?) went for it against us.
If you get it on the first TD, then you can kick the XP on the second to win. If you don’t convert the first time you can tie with the second 2 point attempt.
This is gonna hurt so bad hahaha
