Other games weekend of 11/1-11/3

Northwestern just scored to get it to 24-14 with 11 minutes left.

I don't think they've got enough - ND looks really stout - but it's back within range and worth keeping an eye on now.

Northwestern just blocked a punt.

In business at the ND 17 with 9 minutes left.

As good a Bama team as I have seen since Saban took over.

Saban has had some teams with great collections of talent on them but this team looks more complete.

They do everything well on both sides of the ball, even against a really good team like LSU.

Yep, this is over. LSU's defense has played pretty decent. Their O is non existent.
Yep. Down 16-0 and Tua's on pace to throw for 400 yards, but they've actually played great. It's so hard when the offense gives you nothing and also sticks you with some short fields.

Speaking of coordinators whose units look outstanding and might want to move up, what's the story with Aranda?

The LSU defense really has Tua and the Bama offense off their game tonight, and the crowd noise is undoubtedly part of that too. But Burrow and this LSU offense is almost no threat to come back from 3 scores down in a little over a quarter.

Tua is going to get a lot of rest these next several weeks.

If Hurts wasn't injured they would probably start him next week but even so I wouldn't expect Tua to play more than a half next week against MSU if they get a sizable lead early.

And they’re still rolling LSU,
