when did ESPN begin televising trainwrecks....
Seems sort of fitting.
I remember a game in 1994, in Boulder, when Colorado absolutely throttled Oklahoma 45-7, in a night game which was televised by ESPN. That game spelled the end for OU's coach, Gary Gibbs.
damn! It will be on the same time as game 6 of the World Series!
I can see us winning that game and then following it up by losing at Kansas the next week. Hawkins always seems to pull 1 game out of his ass every year and then go into the tank.

Yep.
And like OU '07, WVU '08 and KU '09.

Salaam went ****ing wild in that game, scorign like 4 TD's in the first half. OU also scored their only TD with less than a minute left in the game.
Then they hired Howard Schnellenberger.
Then John Blake, then Stoops. So does this mean we are still 3 hires away from being back to where we want to be?![]()
Scary.
Yep.

Unfortunately those were all HOME GAMES!
what game will be our road game "moral" victory this year? We seem to have one of those every year.
