PAC 12 2020 Bowl line up

DeNiro

My Dixie Wrecked
Pac-12 (8)
2020-25 lineup:
Rose vs. Big Ten
Alamo vs. Big 12
Las Vegas vs. SEC/Big Ten
Los Angeles vs. Mountain West
Holiday vs. ACC
Redbox vs. Big Ten
Sun vs. ACC
Independence vs. ACC

1 more auto to in and more P5 competition. This is a very solid line up to to bottom. Dropping the Chesse-it Bowl seems like a win.

The important thing will be when those games are played. I do like the overall matchups, though.

I hope the Las Vegas bowl sticks with the SEC. That's a much needed bowl. I wouldn't mind a second SEC match up.
The Independence Bowl would be a perfect one for the SEC. Wasn't it that way back when CU played Bama in it?

I'm a bit surprised that out of all of these bowls there's only one Big 12 partner.
I think the Sun Bowl makes better sense for a Big 12 tie in then the ACC.

You're right on the Independence Bowl. It would be a good choice for a SEC match up going forward. I also agree on another Big 12 tie, but going to the Sun Bowl is not my idea of fun. Can't stand El Paso.

Certainly not fun but if CU somehow were to make it to the Sun Bowl this season and lets say played against Pitt I think Buff fans would be very pleased.

Oh, don't get me wrong, a bowl game would make us all happy. I'd just rather they move the Sun Bowl to some other place sunny.

The Sun Bowl may be more probable for another SEC matchup, given the CBS telecast.

Not sure I'm a fan of 3 vs. ACC. We can't get another Big 12 in there? A lot more compelling match ups.

But don't forget, getting a presence in the Sun Bowl will help solidify the fertile El Paso recruiting opportunities.
Without a certain member of the coaching staff around any longer, our El Paso pipeline has completely dried up.

Not sure if I'd go that far-Cheez-It and Indy are probably a wash. Shreveport isn't far from Dallas, Houston, and NOLA (which is good for recruiting) but there's talent we can go after in AZ/Phoenix metro and given most of the Big Tex recruits Texas.........that's not a bad game to be affiliated with. We'd have benefited from playing TCU in that game from a recruiting perspective LY for sure.
