There was a great Pros vs. Joes a year or two ago with Randy Couture. For those that don't know, he's the current (and retired) UFC heavyweight champ. He had something like 2 minutes to see how many times he could submit each guy in the Octagon. No striking allowed.
It was comical to say the least. The funniest part of the whole show was the beginning when they introduce the Joes to the Pros they'll be facing for the night. The Joes were really lippy to the other Pros, but when Randy came out they all got quiet in a big hurry. It was hilarious since they knew they were gonna take a beating at some point that night.
