the school or the ncaa i think his name isnt there and he doesnt own the number...
wouldn't matter if his name was there, it is all property of CU and the Big12.

I believe if they used his name (which he owns) and/or claimed he was endorsing a service or product, they would have to have his permission to do so. But a generic CU player is a CU-owned image.
